Text message (SMS) opt-in
How creators on Lizza agree to receive text messages. Lizza is an influencer collaboration platform operated by LIZZA TECH, S.A.P.I. de C.V.
What we send
Account notifications to creators about campaign invitations, deliverable reminders, shipments and payouts. We do not send marketing messages by SMS.
How a creator opts in
- The creator logs in to their Lizza account at app.lizza.ai and saves their mobile number in their profile.
- The creator opens Account → Preferences, a standard account settings page. It is not a chat widget or a pop-up.
- The creator ticks the SMS checkbox. It starts unticked, is separate from accepting our Terms, and is not required to use Lizza.
- We store the date and time of the consent and the number it was given for. Changing the number cancels the consent.

Your number is not shared
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
